    Stutterer

For a lonely typographer, an online relationship has provided a much-needed connection without revealing the speech impediment that has kept him isolated. Now, however, he is faced with the proposition of meeting his online paramour in the flesh, and thereby revealing the truth about himself.

    Night Glances

Romantic realisations between two best friends are made awkward, when classmates and crushes call over to an end-of-school party. Internal social pressures break down barriers, before the chaos of misunderstanding leads to a hazy truth.

  • This is a guided walking meditation around the locality of Segotia. You will be guided through a series of short exercises that are designed to “tune-up” your senses so you can tune in to the world around you. You will then choose and frame a question you would like some fresh thinking on and/or new answers to and then set off in search of insights, ideas and answers, looking for signs and signals from the streets or space you explore. In the end, everyone will gather together again and we will ask a few people to share their experience, what they learned and discuss how to apply the insights back to the question they brought to the walkshop.

This walk is for anyone who has questions about their life and/or work, and is looking for fresh answers. It is a smart fusion of mindfulness, neuroscience, imagination and wellness, it unlocks our minds and unblocks our creativity with every step.

  • Step into a relaxed, welcoming space to pause, reflect, and share. This session is less stretching or meditating, more about giving yourself permission to rest, recharge, and connect through conversation.

Join us to explore what rest means to you, hear different perspectives, and leave feeling lighter, inspired, and replenished.
